Mango & Chilli Dressing Tilapia



Ingredients:

- Tilapia Fillet
- Dressing : water, mango ,Rapeseed oil, Sugar, white wine vinegar, red chilli puree,
lime juice, cornflour, ginger puree, salt, lemon grass, lime leaves, coriander, ground turmeric, black pepper

Preparation:

-Pan-fry : Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 7-9 mins turning halfway through.
-Oven Cook : Place the fillet on a baking tray in the centre of preheated oven.
-Fan Oven : 160°C/Conventional oven: 180°C/Gas mark 4 for 15-20 mins
