- Umur antara 19 hingga 25 tahun untuk jawatan 1,2,4,5 & 6

- Umur antara 25 hingga 36 tahun untuk jawatan 3

- Boleh membaca, menulis dan mengira

- Sijil / Diploma / Degree yang berkaitan

- Kesihatan yang memuaskan
